Management Development Programme

Abeceder Associate Richard Pate has created and implemented a management development programme for 120 senior managers, including the executive board within a major international property development company.

The programme was designed not just to improve management skills and team working at all levels but also to create a consistent management approach throughout the business, and deliver improvements to the bottom line.

A time efficient series of four one day modules over six months was delivered to the European Foundation for Quality Management Model (ERQM).

At the end of the programme participants displayed an improved understanding of team dynamics, and were able to differentiate between manager and leader roles, which resulted in improved
