Our Client, a financial services company had to revise its terms and conditions of employment to accommodate the demands of its rapid growth.
In an attempt to recruit people quickly the Company had offered potential employees individual terms and conditions of employment. As employee numbers increased, these individual terms had become an administrative burden and an unnecessary expense.
