Balanced Work Life StrategyAbeceder has assisted an internet service provider to create a compensation and benefits strategy to meet employee demands for more balance between work and social life. Five years after the company started the mainly young employees on whose commitment and hard work the company had enjoyed substantial growth had started families and were beginning to leave. Abeceder used research into the reasons why employees were leaving and why employment offers were being rejected to create a compensation and benefits strategy that was more closely aligned to the employees need to have a better work life balance. The full results are yet to be tested by time, but initial feedback indicates that employees are much happier and the Client is continuing to enjoy the same rate of growth. |
